The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Farmers Choice Limited (FCL) and the union was successfully signed in Nairobi,marking the successful conclusion of the 2025-2027 negotiation process.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr Wesley Siele,CEO,Agricultural Employers Asssociation,Dr.Francis Atwoli,General Secretary COTU,Felisters Gitau Mutugu,CEO,Farmers Choice Limited,Grace Mandela,Head of Admin and Legal alongside other key stakeholders.
