The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) conducted an Effective Industrial Relations Training on 13th &14th August 2026 at Bohemian Flowers Ltd. The training brought together employees and key workplace representatives to strengthen their understanding and practical application of effective industrial relations.
The programme covered key areas including Foundations of Industrial Relations and Labour Relations, Grievance Handling, and an Overview of the Roles and Functions of Supervisors and Shop Stewards. The sessions provided participants with practical knowledge and insights to promote effective communication, constructive employee relations and a harmonious workplace environment.
The training was facilitated by AEA’s experienced trainers, who engaged participants through interactive discussions and practical examples relevant to the workplace. Participants were also encouraged to apply the knowledge and skills gained to improve their day-to-day duties and contribute positively to workplace relations.
The training reaffirmed AEA’s commitment to building the capacity of employers and employees through continuous learning, professional development and the promotion of sound industrial relations practices.
