AEA conducted two-day gender training on 3rd & 4th September 2026 at Van Den Berg Ltd, bringing together employees to strengthen awareness and understanding of gender equality in the workplace.
The training focused on key gender-related issues, in promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment
Participants engaged in interactive discussions and shared experiences on gender-related challenges within the workplace. The training also equipped the participants with practical knowledge and approaches to effectively support gender mainstreaming and address concerns affecting employees.
The training reaffirmed AEA’s commitment to promoting gender equality and strengthening inclusive workplace practices across the agricultural sector.
