The training focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of human rights and their application in the workplace. Participants also explored key workplace rights, including freedom from discrimination, freedom of association, collective bargaining, freedom from forced labour and child labour, and fair working conditions. The sessions strengthened awareness of the importance of respecting, protecting and promoting human rights in the workplace, contributing to responsible and inclusive workplace practices AEA sincerely thanks the Black Tulip Group, Tropi Flora Farm and Utee Farm for their participation, cooperation and commitment throughout the Human Rights Training.
