AEA CONDUCTS LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS TRAINING AT VAN DEN BERG


Effective leadership remains the cornerstone of productive workplaces and high-performing teams, the Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) conducted a Leadership and Supervisory Skills Training at Van Den Berg Ltd on 10th –11th September 2026, facilitated by Mr. Manyara and Mr. Robert Ruto ,Training &Admin Officer(AEA)bringing together supervisors and team leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities and enhance workplace performance.

The two-day programme focused on imparting practical supervisory skills, effective communication, team motivation, conflict resolution, performance management, delegation, and sound decision-making.
