The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA)conducted a workers meeting on 11th September 2026, at Sololo and Equator Flowers Limited. The engagements provided an opportunity to address workplace matters, promote constructive employer–employee relations, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
At Equator Flowers Limited and Sololo Flowers Ltd the general workers’ meeting included the election of shop stewards and discussions on other workplace matters, with union officials from the Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers’ Union and Ms. Jennifer Wachira, Head of Legal and IR Services (AEA) in attendance.
