The Association today commenced its two-day Employment and Labour Forum in Naivasha, officially opened by the Association Chairman, Mr. Kirimi Mpungu.

The event has brought together over 40 industry professionals from HR, Production and Finance departments across member farms, marking a strong start to the forum.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Agricultural Employers’ Association (AEA), on behalf of Advance Packaging Manufacturers Ltd, and the Kenya Union of Printing, Publishing, Paper Manufacturers, Pulp and Packaging (KUPRIPUPA) has been successfully concluded and signed.
