Employees of the implementing member companies in the Floriculture and Horticulture sector have a reason to celebrate after the 2023-2025 Horticulture, Floriculture and Botanical (HFB) Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Agricultural Employers’ Association (AEA) and Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers’ Union (KPAWU) was signed.
The Association signed the Ranchers and Conservancy CBA for the period 2023-2025.
The AEA CEO Mr. Wesley Siele and AEA Board members led by Chairman Mr. Stephen Strong held a consultative meeting with FKE Executice Diretor Mrs. Jacqueline Mugo at FKE HQ in Nairobi. The two organisations have a strong history spanning over 60 years of collaboration and working together in the labour sector. #StrongerTogether
