The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) held an Industrial Relations (IR) workers’ meeting on 12^th September 2026, bringing together workers to discuss key workplace issues, promote effective communication, and strengthen employer–employee relations.

The engagement provided an opportunity to address labour-related concerns, enhance workers’ understanding of industrial relations, and promote harmonious and productive workplaces. Discussions focused on the importance of effective communication, mutual respect, and collaboration between employees, employers, and their representatives.

The Agricultural Employers Association (AEA)conducted a workers meeting on 11^th September 2026, at Sololo and Equator Flowers Limited. The engagements provided an opportunity to address workplace matters, promote constructive employer–employee relations, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

At Equator Flowers Limited and Sololo Flowers Ltd the general workers’ meeting included the election of shop stewards and discussions on other workplace matters, with union officials from the Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers’ Union and Ms. Jennifer Wachira, Head of Legal and IR Services (AEA) in attendance.

These engagements reaffirm AEA’s commitment to fostering productive workplaces, promoting good labour relations, and supporting effective communication between employers and employees.
